On year 2021, RON TIEW was still a photographer, but he has made a decision and join LOCKIN to work as smart lock installer. He has zero experience regarding the smart lock installation, but with his effort and hardworking to learn the installation skills, he has promoted as an Installer Manager after 2 months. He has expanded his team from 3 to 18 installers in the nationwide.
In August 2022, he has been promoted as the leader of Service Department (Installer Team), with the supporting of 2 Installer Manager, under West & East Malaysia.
